Services Provided As-Is

All services, including Website audits, templates, and digital products, are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Stackwyre LLC does not guarantee specific results from the use of our services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stackwyre LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Refund Policy

Template and digital product purchases are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. To request a refund, email [email protected] with your order details.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, code, and materials on Stackwyre Websites and products are the intellectual property of Stackwyre LLC. Purchased templates are licensed for your use but may not be resold or redistributed.

Digital Products

Digital products including compliance templates, prompt packs, review response templates, and checklist kits are provided as professional starting frameworks based on federal and state regulations current at the time of publication. They are designed to save time and provide structure for compliance programs. As regulations are updated periodically, buyers are responsible for verifying that all referenced regulations remain current at the time of use. Stackwyre LLC is not a law firm, accounting firm, or licensed compliance consultancy. Our products do not constitute legal, financial, or professional compliance advice. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you will have documents reviewed by qualified professionals as appropriate for your specific situation before relying on them for regulatory compliance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Portage County, Wisconsin.
