Refund Policy

Setup Fees

One-time setup fees are refundable within 7 days of purchase if no onboarding work has commenced. Once we begin configuration, research, or deliverable creation, setup fees are non-refundable.

Monthly Recurring

Cancel anytime via the Customer Portal or by emailing [email protected]. Access continues through the end of the current billing period. The unused portion is not refunded (standard SaaS practice).

Dispute Resolution

Email [email protected] first. We aim to resolve disputes within 3 business days.

Chargebacks filed without prior contact may result in account termination.
